Most donuts are puffy, cakey, or hollow. Ours are dense, chewy, and dipped the moment you order. That texture — the slight resistance, then the soft center — that's what mochi does differently.

We opened Mochinut in Shelby Township because we wanted a place that took one thing seriously: making a fresh donut that's worth stopping for. Not a chain. Not a freezer. Just a small shop, good coffee, and donuts that disappear fast.
